The Sole Luna Pizza Journey

Sole Luna Pizza is a family-run Neapolitan pizza business founded in 2013 by husband and wife team, Amira and Daniel.

Based in Oxfordshire, England, we specialise in authentic wood-fired pizza inspired by traditional Italian techniques learned while working in some of Italy’s best pizzerias.

Our passion is rooted in heritage, from our handcrafted dough to our wood-fired oven and carefully sourced Italian ingredients. We use San Marzano tomatoes from Mount Vesuvius and premium Fiore di Latte mozzarella to create true Neapolitan thin-crust pizza, bringing the heart and soul of Italy to every bite.

Each 10–12” Neapolitan pizza is hand-stretched and cooked at 450°C in our traditional wood-fired ovens, creating a light, airy crust with a signature smoky char and perfectly balanced toppings.

Each 10/12" pizza is hand-thrown and cooked at 450 degrees in our 100% natural wood ovens to achieve a smokey char, crisp crust and topping-filled centre.
